To all the teachers and students in our school,

This Friday, June 14th, we are to arrange a special lecture on the application of computer and learning with the network for those computer amateurs as participants. At 9:00 am on that day the lecture will be held in the meeting room of the fifth floor of teaching building. We are so delighted and proud to manage to invite Professor Zhang Ling from Department of Computer Science of Peking University as the main lecturer. It is requested that the audience present should think about some questions in their learning process ahead of this academic exchange and show great interest in listening and asking Profess Zhang for help. We welcome you coming and please do not be late.

（1）頂行中間標(biāo)注Notice，有時(shí)口頭通知也可用Announcement

（2）下面左起定格寫通知對象，一般都是“To xxx，”的方式，注意英文用逗號，這一點(diǎn)不同于中文有冒號。非正式通知或者受眾范圍很小可以省略這一項(xiàng)。

（3）接著縮格寫正文。按照通知內(nèi)容具體展開。

（4）落款寫在正文后空兩行的右側(cè)，列兩行標(biāo)單位和時(shí)間：先寫發(fā)布通知的單位，再下一行寫發(fā)通知的時(shí)間。

2.具體講講這個(gè)通知的主體部分的思路：

（1）本文要求上以“學(xué)校團(tuán)委”的名義寫，落款自然就要以這個(gè)單位標(biāo)注，英文說法是Communist Youth League Committee，根據(jù)內(nèi)容可知通知對象是學(xué)校師生，當(dāng)然如果寫“學(xué)校的電腦愛好者（computer amateurs）”也可以，不過選擇前者感覺更宏觀。

就我寫的內(nèi)容來說，先用了一個(gè)be to do結(jié)構(gòu)表示計(jì)劃性，專題講座直接用了一個(gè)直譯special lecture應(yīng)該可以理解，其實(shí)大學(xué)里更專業(yè)的表達(dá)是seminar（師生幾人小范圍的專題討論）；

因?yàn)闀r(shí)間很具體，可以斷開一下，先宏觀介紹專題講座時(shí)間、內(nèi)容和聽眾屬性，再介紹當(dāng)天具體時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)；

北京大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)系的說法Department of Computer Science of Peking University；

后面提要求，語氣應(yīng)該和藹親切，用request或者h(yuǎn)ope都可以，句式上It is requested/hoped that 引導(dǎo)主語從句，后面用should表委婉的虛擬語氣，或者We request/hope that引導(dǎo)賓語從句也可以；

詞語上應(yīng)該注意同義反復(fù)更換表達(dá)，比如a special lecture和后面的this academic exchange（這次學(xué)術(shù)交流）就是同一個(gè)意思。

最后表示歡迎，告訴大家別遲到。
